Why grow daylilies?

There is a wide range of colors, varieties, shapes and sizes.
Most daylilies are able to survive a wide range of climates Zones: 3-9
They are suitable for all types of land scapes and varying conditions.
They are very drought tolerant, with relatively few pest and disease problems.
Adaptable to various light conditions, although a minimum of 4 hours of sunlight a day is best.
Daylilies can be obtained that bloom early season, mid-season, or late season, which gives the gardener the possibility of having bloom all season long.
They are a perennial therefore, you don't have to buy them every year like annuals and therefore cost saving.
