Growing Daylilies Together

It is a beautiful day today and I do have some reblooming now. They are special and getting all of my attention. The hibiscus and the crepe myrtle are looking good today. It is fun to start hibiscus and crepe myrtle from seeds, but you can get overstocked. My yard is pretty full now but I enjoy walking in the yard every morning and at other times just for the exercise.

Can anyone suggest why doubles, i.e., Highland Lord, Savannah Debutante, Double Trouble, revert to singles on some blooms?

We have a small 8x15 solar greenhouse for seedlings, but are looking to build another larger greenhouse for starting plants out earlier. Thinking around 24x48.
