Notice this Email Notification is set to only "receive system emails". This tells me when I've  received an online PM (Private Message). You may opt, if you wish, to turn them all off by clicking NO on each of them.

2.  Follow the link below or find your way to: Forum/My Profile/E-Mail Subscriptions

Select All the E-Mail Subscriptions you wish to delete.  Hit the DELETE button located at the bottom right of the page.
