Basically, DETAILS are necessary to present the site to you in the language you speak and to explain to others in different time zones why you may not be on the site when they are.  If you live in England for instance, and are in GMT 1 time zone, you may not be able to chat with someone in Utah because of your time zone difference.

In your DETAILS you have the option to change your password too.

An another note, at the bottom of the screen you'll see the ability to associate your account with Facebook.  If you have not already set up this connection with Facebook and wish to do so,  here is where you do it.
